24 Hours notice must be advised if you are unable to attend your scheduled lesson. Failure to attend for a confirmed lesson will incur for the full fee of the lesson missed. This fee is due to loss of income that is incurred by the teacher for that missed lesson.

Entertainment 88 offer private, group lessons Monday to Saturday. Spaces are limited on certain days due to popularity of these days and times. Classes are taught throughout the year unless notified by Entertainment 88. Times and dates for student lessons are per individual student and are discussed with Sharon Stokes upon sign up.

All lessons will need to be paid upfront or on the day. There is no exception to this rule. Payment can be made online, via eftpos at the studios or cash/cheque. Lessons will not commence without payment.
Entertainment 88 is a registered GST company. As of 1st July 2012 charges of 10% GST on top of our prices have have been added. For clarification on these prices please ask.

Solo lessons can be rescheduled or cancelled with 24 hours notice. A cancellation fee will be charged if this is not adhered to. Please see cancellations. Teachers may need to change lesson times occasionally due to the music industry demands but will advise students well in advance so that lessons may be rescheduled.

Students that arrive late for their lesson will not have their time extended. They will be taught within the time they arrive and finish at their normal time.

here are no make up lessons for missing group classes. The teacher is still paid the same regardless of the size of the class. If a Master Class is missed without prior notice, no make classes will be provided.

Entertainment 88 will try and provide everyone with an upcoming events notice including master class dates and any other offers available.

It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that they have provided Entertainment 88 with updated contact information. Newsletters and notifications are sent via email but for those that don’t have email notices are left in the studio for students to access. Please ensure your correct details are with your teacher.
